A man woke up early taking out his trash and saw his
next door neighbor get his four tires slashed. Someone
dashed. He said, “Stop! Uma call the cops!”.
He found on the ground dudes wallet had dropped.

called his called police, who later showed up at his home.
Had a suspect in the squad car...asked if thats him.
